This wooden building, situated in Helsinki’s maritime national landscape, is a new landmark in the city. The hotel and office building was realized based on the winning proposal of an international architectural competition held in 2020. The architectural design was done by Anttinen Oiva Architects Ltd, and the client was Varma.
