Kivistö communal block
The purpose of the competition, organized by the City of Vantaa, was to find a communal and distinctive residential block concept for Kivistö. The winning yard concept combines urban living and wild nature into an interesting and supportive composition.
Pitkäkallio ideaplan
The City of Espoo asked for different types of concept level idea plans for the Pitkäkallio area ranging from renovating the old ruins in the area to developing it for recreation use. The interesting history of the place was a starting point for designing the idea plans.
Master Plan of Yyteri Square
The project consisted of drawing a masterplan for the central square in Yyteri. The masterplan aims to improve the attractiveness, recognizability, overall look and common functionality of Yyteri.
Metsäkalteva School
The Metsäkalteva school consists of a preschool and a primary school and has been planned with an option for expanding the building in the future. The school is a lively focal point of the new neighborhood where it also offers open multifunctional space for the residents during evening hours and weekends.
Masterplan for Jokipuisto
We got assigned to make the Vääksy river park a more inviting and memorable experience for residents and tourist alike. The area is a lively summer destination, currently known for the summer theatre and the Päijänne house.
Zeniitti reference plan
The reference plan was drawn for an area in Linnakangas, Kempele, which is known for tourism, business, work and recreation. The target area is called Zeniitti which is the most notable tourism development project of the municipality of Kempele.
The Old Margarine factory yard
The Old Margarine Factory in Hermanni was converted into apartments. In yard design, we wanted to take into account the milieu of the 1920s, to which we brought fresh demands of modern living.
Riihimäki Station Area Plan
The Riihimäki Station Area Master Plan includes land use, traffic planning, and architectural master planning for an area of 80 hectares to accommodate 5 000 inhabitants. The Master Plan for Riihimäki Station Area brings together disparate and detached neighborhoods separated by the bisecting railway line.
